Additional Services Provided by Rawls Auto Auction

1. Local Pickup Service
Rawls Transport, Inc. maintains 20 car haulers to transport vehicles to and from our location. Drive away service is also available.

2. Telemarketing Services
A staff of 5 handle our sales and telemarketing functions. We utilize 2 dealer/account representatives to promote our upcoming sales and special event sales as they are scheduled.

3. Web TrafficOver 3000 visits per month-obtain current run list, view current market "market report" plus check the calendar for "special sale" schedule.

4. Direct Mailer6000 market reports per month.

5. AWG Simulcast sales
This service is offered on Fleet/Lease vehicles and General Services vehicles - please contact Dealer Registration for more information.

General ($400 Consignment and Fleet Lease)

 Please Check Vehicle Within One Hour.
- if a potiential problem is detected, turn in to Arbitration Department in our Office ASAP.
 Frame/Water Damage or Mileage Discrepancey (7days in writing).
 Returned Vehicles - freight reimbursed ONLY up to $200.00 maximum.
 Odometer or speedometer not working must be reported to Auction before vehicle leaves property.


Attention All Dealers

I. GENERAL POLICIES

  •  Rawls Auto Auction is a wholesale auction for dealers only, with the exception of special government auctions as required by law.
  •  Any warranty guarantee is between buyer and seller.
  •  All "lot sales" are AS IS.
  •  All sales must come through the Office and fees must be paid.
  •  We are not responsible for accidents except when our employees are at fault.
  •  All trades (swaps) between dealers must be approved by the auction management.
  •  The auction is not responsible for any unpaid taxes on vehicles sold.
  •  Any odometer discrepancy that indicates a rollback will be reported to the proper federal agency.
  •  All vehicles $2500 and under are AS IS.
  •  All sales final on sale day.
  •  All Red Light Sales final - exception: Salvage title, mileage discrepancy, must disclose frame damage.
  •  Check Vehicle within 1 hour. If a potential problem is detected, notify Arbitration Department immediately.
  •  Frame/Water damage or milage discrepancy-auction must be notified within 7 days in writing.

II. SELLER

  •  Turnarounds can be re-numbered if notified by seller.
  •  Vehicles can be registered on arrival any day prior to sale.
  •  Phone reservation - 8:30 Wednesday (no cancellations, no transfers).
  •  Promo Lane "BB" - limit 150 vehicles.

 

III. FRANCHISE DEALERS - LANE A NUMBERS

  •  On arrival or when consigned to Auction for transport to the sale by our transports.

IV. SELLERS - REPRESENTATION

  •  Paint work in excess of dents and scratches - current models and newer.
  •  Excessive repair damage.
  •  Odometer discrepancy - in excess.
  •  No air - current model year and newer.
  •  Salvage history.
  •  Service vehicles, taxis, police cars, or flood units must be called at the block.

 

V. BUYERS

  •  Listen to all calls at the block - if not sure, please ask for a repeat. We don't mind.
  •  Look at all visible items - under hood, trunk, interior and exterior.
  •  Test drive in 1 hour and if a possible arbitration problem is detected, take block slip in to Arbitration Department in our Office.
  •  Do not SELL or spend REPAIR money on a vehicle until title is received.
  •  No refunds on expenses or retail profits.
  •  Report any possible frame damage or mileage discrepancy within 7 working days. We reserve the right to a second opinion.
  •  Seller has 20 working days to furnish a title. We ask you to notify the Auction after 14 days if you intend to return the vehicle to the Auction - a final chance to get title.

VI. BIDS ON A CALL

  •  Buyer is obligated for 2 hours.
  •  If sold, Buyer then test drives vehicle and has 1 hour to put in arbitration.
  •  Vehicle cannot leave property until Bill of Sale is stamped SOLD.
